The from-and-to range

Above the list there is a from and a to. The bounds go there and Fill loads the whole range — for a draw between 20 entrants that is two numbers instead of twenty.

• At most 50 numbers at once.
• The bounds sit between -99,999 and 99,999.
• For numbers that are not consecutive — 7, 13 and 21, say — enter them straight into the field.
• Past 30 numbers two spins are easier: one for the tens, one for the units.

The odds of one number

• A range of 1 to 20 makes twenty sectors: every number has 1 ÷ 20 = 5%.
• Without removal each spin is independent and a drawn number can come up again, as with a die.
• With removal it is a lottery: after three are drawn, each of the rest is 1 ÷ 17 = 5.9%.

How it works

• Enter the options in the field, separated by commas or one per line.
• Press ONCE for a single spin, or AUTO for a run of them.
• Tick Remove the pick after each spin if you would rather what came up did not repeat.
• Set Stop auto-spinning after and a number to limit the run.
• With Save the list is written to the selected one — the line above the buttons says which. If none is selected yet, a list named after the page is created — Save never asks for a name.
• With Save as new a second list is made without losing the loaded one. If the name is already taken, you are asked whether to replace the older one.

Every segment has an equal chance and the list stays in the browser — nothing is sent to a server.
